Brian Tabb, M.Th.

Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies

Brian Tabb serves as assistant professor at Bethlehem College and Seminary and teaches biblical languages, biblical exegesis, and missions. After completing an M.A. in Biblical Exegesis at Wheaton College, Brian came to Bethlehem in 2005 to be an apprentice in the TBI Track 2 TabbSmallprogram, which he completed in 2007. He came on staff with TBI/BCS in 2006 as Tom Steller’s graduate teaching assistant. Since that time, he has taken on increasing teaching and administrative responsibilities at Bethlehem College and Seminary. Brian has taught basic and intermediate Greek and Hebrew, New Testament book studies, and World Missions in the Local Church. He recently completed a Master of Theology degree in New Testament with a thesis entitled “The Death of Jesus and the Accomplishment of Scripture: A Contextual Study of the Use of the Old Testament in John 19:16b-37.”

Brian has been happily married to Kristin since 2005 and they have one child, Jeremiah Jordan. He enjoys taking walks around the lake with his family, reading, playing guitar, and having conversations over a good cup of coffee. Brian and his wife Kristin are active members of Bethlehem Baptist Church and have served together in youth ministry for several years. He also regularly teaches lay-level courses with TBI and is passionate about theological education in the developing world and has taught courses for pastors and church leaders in Armenia, Uganda, and India. Brian’s desire is to find his delight in the instruction of the LORD (Psalm 1:2) and to teach the Word at BCS with clarity and conviction.
